I love watching kids develop. It seems like they are in one stage forever. (I was pretty sure Madde would be in diapers in high school. ) Then all of the sudden, they develop over night and life is completely different. I have been worrying about moving Hunter from his room for months. I knew that a few things had to happen. One was we had to stop the bottle. (This one should have occured months ago, but time just seem to slip away.) The second was we needed to get him in a real bed. I didn't really know how to approach it. Madde did both so easy that I never really had a plan, it just happened. Last Monday, (week ago) I finally decided to take the bottle away. He asked for it a few times, but did just fine. Then yesterday, Brad was putting Hunter to bed and Hunter said he wanted to sleep in his big bed and boom, he's in a bed. All that worry for nothing. It seems like Hunter's developing in fast forward. I blinked and missed it. It's times like these I think my kids are growing up too fast.
I finally downloaded pictures from my camera, so here's our week in photographs.
Hunter's first night in his big boy bed. He slept great.
Madde showing Hunter the joys of a big kid bed.

Hunter's goose egg

Hunter's bruise. He's not hurt, just mad that I wouldn't give him the camera
I had so many pictures of Hunter, I felt I should add one of Madde. She found Hunter's hats and was trying them on.

This one makes me laugh. Brad was preparing his lesson on Sunday and was reading his scriptures and both Madde and Hunter went and got "scriptures" and read with him. I'm not positive, but I believe Madde found our spanish copy of "Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith" and Hunter had "Doctorine of the Gospel". Either way, they look like scriptures.
