BALLOON FIESTA!!!

We took Madde to the Speacial Shapes Balloon glow at Balloon Fiesta. It was so fun!!! She was mesmerized. We couldn't get her to stop looking at the balloons long enough to get a picture of her. We took the bus to the park which she loved. As you go into the park, you come around a turn and the whole field is visible. The whole bus hushes and Madde stared out the window. They have the balloons on a field and you can just mingle around them. It's amazing, even from a few feet away, they can get pretty hot. They also have a fireworks display and she loved yelling "pop" as they exploded. Overall, it was a good night and even worth the grumpy mood we endured the next night for getting her to bed late. Some of our favorites. Madde particularly liked the fact that there were 2 bee balloons and would remind us "2 bees" if we happened to mention them.
